Shipment to the USA – Update
Under the current conditions, new orders and shipments to the USA are still complex. As you know, starting August 29th, all goods shipped to the United States will be subject to customs duties. This follows a new U.S. regulation announced on July 30th and unfortunately creates serious issues for our customers, who may be required to pay very high (and frankly illogical) fees. We have reopened shipments from Italy to the USA, but please take these additional costs into account before placing an order. We’re sorry for that. We are actively working to find a proper distribution solution in the United States, even if it is not an easy task. Thank you very much for your understanding and support.
